The fastest way to reach us

Because every order is placed on Etsy, the quickest way to get help is Etsy Messages. Open our Etsy shop and click Message seller, or reply from your Etsy purchase. Including your order number helps us find your files right away.

For questions about the website, classroom or commercial licenses, collaborations or press, email info@rockpaperpop.com. For help with an existing order, Etsy Messages is still the fastest option.

Before you write

  • Cannot find your files? On Etsy, go to You > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. Use a web browser rather than the Etsy app.
  • Files will not open? ZIP files need to be extracted first. On a phone, use the Files app (iPhone) or a file manager (Android).
  • Stickers printing too small or too big? Choose Actual Size / 100% in your print settings, not Fit to page.
