Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about buying, downloading and printing RockPaperPop printables.
Here are quick answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? Send us a message on Etsy and we will help you get your files working.
How do I buy a RockPaperPop printable?
Click "Buy on Etsy" on any product. Checkout happens securely on Etsy, and your files are ready to download as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Where do I find my files after I buy?
On Etsy, go to You > Purchases and reviews and click Download Files. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Download on a computer or a phone browser, not inside the Etsy app.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. Every product is an instant digital download. No physical stickers, paper or prints are mailed.
Do the printables fit US Letter and A4 paper?
Yes. Printable files come in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) for the USA and Canada and A4 (210 x 297 mm) for the UK, Europe and Australia.
How do I print stickers at home?
Print the PDF at Actual Size / 100% (not Fit to Page) on white full-sheet sticker paper with an inkjet or laser printer, let the ink dry, then cut around each design with scissors.
Can I use the stickers in GoodNotes or other digital planners?
Yes. Sticker and label sets include transparent PNG files that you can import into GoodNotes, Notability and other apps that support images.
Are Cricut or Silhouette cut files included?
No. Files are PNG and PDF for printing and cutting by hand. SVG files and cutting-machine cut lines are not included.
Can I sell what I make with your printables?
Purchases include a personal-use license: use them in your own planners, journals, parties and crafts. Reselling or sharing the files is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds follow Etsy's policies for digital items and your consumer rights. If a file will not open or print, message us on Etsy and we will help.
How were the designs made?
RockPaperPop designs are created with the help of AI illustration tools under our creative direction, then checked, laid out and print-tested by us.
